LAST CHECK BEFORE YOU ORDER

  • Two standard front mount spacers are provided with each Ride More system.
  • Each seat also comes with two spacers if being purchased separately.
  • Some bikes require an adapter.
  • Check your bike before your order!

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

  • All delivery time frames are estimated.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including national holidays, and/or customs delays at country borders. 
  • It is usually much quicker, but please allow up to 10 business days from the time you receive your shipping notification for your Ride More goods to arrive.
  • Additional time may be necessary for rural addresses.

FREIGHT & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping costs vary depending on the items ordered and where you are based. We do not earn money on shipping - we pay what you pay!

Bonus - For each additional seat shipped to the same, there is a drop in the shipping fee. Why not team up with a friend to order two seats to the same address?

PAYMENT DETAILS

All payment methods are listed in our site footer.

Your account will be charged at the time your order is placed. You cannot pay for an order using two separate payment methods. 

OUT OF STOCK

If any of your Ride More goods are out of stock, you are still charged at the point of purchase. We will ship the goods to you as soon as it becomes available.

Canada

  • For our Canadian customers, we ship from Victoria, BC, Monday/Wednesday/Friday every week.
  • Considering weekends, the last pick up is 12pm on Friday; the next ship time is 12pm Monday.
  • We ship with Canada Post. They do not ship on national holidays. 
  • If you prefer to sign for your Ride More goods, rather than it being left on the porch, please select Xpresspost shipping.
  • We will ensure your goods are delivered to your door, but cannot protect against any unfortunate theft or the like thereafter.

USA

  • For our customers ordering from the USA, we ship Monday/Wednesday/Friday every week.
  • Considering weekends, the last pick up is 12pm on Friday; the next ship time is 12pm Monday.
  • We ship with Canada Post who then pass your goods on to USPS. Neither postal agency ships on national holidays. 
  • If you have a PO Box, please use this for your address. USPS will only ship to your PO Box if you have one.
  • If you prefer to sign for your Ride More goods, rather than it being left on the porch, please select Xpresspost shipping.
  • We will ensure your goods are delivered to your door, but cannot protect against any unfortunate theft or the like thereafter.

United Kingdom

  • For customers in the UK, your Ride More goods ship from Kendal, England, three times a week.
  • Goods take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive.
  • Please look out for an email in your inbox/spam from Royal Mail and/or DPD.

European Union

Ordering from the EU? Please head to our EU shop to order in euros. Your Ride More goods will be shipped via our partners BS Trading in France.

rest of the world

  • In Japan, Australia or New Zealand - We ship to you initially via Canada Post. When your goods enter your country, they go to your own National Post Agency. The same tracking number works in both countries with your online postal agency website.
  • For Norway, Switzerland, South America, Africa, Middle East and other places in Asia, we are likely to ship from the UK or Taiwan with a reputable service such as Fedex, DHL, or UPS.
  • We ship Monday/Wednesday/Friday every week.
  • Considering weekends, the last pick up is 12pm on Friday; the next ship time is 12pm Monday.
  • There is no shipping on national holidays.
  • You will receive your Ride More goods approximately 7-10 business days after it ships, depending on the destination.
  • There are likely to be international duty fees charged upon receipt of your Mac Ride. We have no influence on these fees, they will be your responsibility to cover and we therefore recommend you look into this before placing your order. Your local customs office should be able to answer any queries you may have.
  • Your goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you (please ensure the contact phone number is that of the recipient of the package) and you will receive tracking details via email from us or our carrier once your goods are on their way.
