Great product

There weren’t many front seats on the market that would fit my bike and I’d had Mac Ride recommenced to me. It’s more expensive than some other options but you get top quality for the price. Really well made and thought out. My boy loves it and was so excited on our first ride. Highly recommend.

I bought after reading the review on imbikemag.com and I love it.

I use it daily on my Dutch commuter to drop my youngest (3.5 years old) off at nursery. He was previously on a rear set and there wasn't much craic. Now he's up front chatting away and navigating our way through Newcastle. It's made the whole journey a joy. There was initially a little anxiety about having him not strapped in, but that faded after the first ride. He often stands up on the stirrups and I have to watch out that he doesn't catch my chin with his helmet on the way up. Also my over 70 year old dad took him out for a ride with it on his eMTB on some bridleways in the lakes and they had a blast.

It's not cheap, but the build quality justifies the price and it's really easy to fit. While I can only speak of my experience, but my commuter bike (with a single leg stand) is so much more stable when I put my kid on the bike than when he was on the rear seat.

It's a great product and I would recommend to all looking for a more social way to commute with their child.

My son is 3y and I still need a seat from time to time. I really wish I had found this one years ago. He fits nicely and comfortably on the crossbar despite his age and despite the fact that I am small. The seat is loads quicker to fit and remove than the Wee-ride we had before. Very well designed and very easy to use. Is compatible with dropper posts too. The only downside is that it is awkward when my son falls to sleep because his torso isn't strapped in.

Fantastically simple yet perfect for the job. I was looking in to a Macride to fit a plethora of bikes that I own, one which is an ageing Dawes with an older style stem. I was delighted to find Macride provide this adapter and it was simple to install and use.

Great bit of kit. Had my 19 month old on it. He’s only been walking about 2 months but got it straight away and within 30 mins was pointing where he wanted to go. Well built and very easy to take on and off. Would recommend.

Being the proud parents of 3 boys it was obvious they were going to follow in dad's footsteps and be shredding the trials as soon as they were able. We have tried bike trailers which are great for filling full of stuff on a long day out, but can be problematic for gates, narrow single-track ect. The Macride seat is a work of genius and our latest edition to the family absolutely loves it, the only downside for me is I wish I had it 11 years ago. 11/10 Macride

Purchased this on recommendation of Juliet Elliot, after seeing it on her tube channel, my son loves it, and so easy to install, great product and well worth the money

I looked at many options/reviews for other products before deciding to purchase the Mac Ride. I made the right decision to purchase and my son loves his Mac Ride! He is two years old and from his first ride, he has comfortably adapted to the seating/riding position. It's amazing to watch him whilst riding and to interact with him on everything he see's. I'm comfortable using the Mac Ride for my son and satisfied in regards to his safety whilst we are riding on the trail and off-trail, basically wherever I ride he is able to join me on our adventures. Thank you Mac Ride for a fantastic and safe product that will create so many amazing memories!

My wife and I were a bit worried that our little 2-yo daughter would not enjoy the ride with Mac Ride. But she loves it! We started little by little but on the second day she was loving it so much that could stay on top for around an hour.

I can also speak for the customer service, which was brilliant. We had a problem with one of the pieces when we were first fixing the Mac Ride onto my bike, and they sent a replacement over very quickly.

My Two year old son cannot get on quick enough, and giggles with anticipation as soon as we start moving. And I’m able to start getting some regular miles in again. It’s brilliantly designed and very well made. Worth every penny. Thanks Mac Ride.

We recently bought a Mac-Ride after
Fairly extensive research. I’m an engineer by trade so very particular with build quality and often left disappointed. I am so pleased to say this seat completely exceeded my expectations!! Above the build quality the design is second to non and just works without fault. It was bought for my 2 year old boy but his big sister and brother (4&6) looked on with envy so have all had a turn or 10!! It’s changed the way we can ride as a family and is definitely so much more engaging for which ever child sits up front compared to the rear seat we once used. Trails are an absolute pleasure and even a trip to the local shop brings plenty of joy. My only regret I’d I didn’t buy one 4 years ago when my eldest was 2.... need I say more!!!

I couldn’t wait for my son to try it out. He loved it. Worth every penny!
